  • Extended Warranty: An additional 1-year coverage may be available for select products, subject to terms and conditions that will be provided at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility for Replacement

Customers can replace the product unit received under the following conditions:

  • Replacement Within 7 Days: Customers may request a replacement of the product received within 7 days from the date of delivery. A replacement unit will be dispatched to the customer following the verification of the claim.
    • Defective Condition Notification: If a customer receives a product that is defective or shows physical damage, they must report this issue to our support team within 24 hours of receipt. This prompt notification allows us to assess the situation quickly and take necessary actions to facilitate the replacement.
    • Non-Functioning Product: If the product is not functioning properly, the customer must establish this claim within 7 days from the date of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement with a new unit will be provided.

However, the replacement request will only be entertained once an Otek team member has evaluated and confirmed the claim.   • If a customer believes that the product received does not match the website description or specifications, they must notify our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our support team will investigate the complaint and make a fair determination regarding the replacement.

4. Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement, customers should follow these steps:

5. Non-Eligibility for Replacement

  • Damage caused by electrical surges, user negligence, or misuse.
