   • Otek reserves the right to deactivate accounts that show suspicious activity, such as repeated failed login attempts, multiple purchase cancellations, or fraudulent activity.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You acknowledge that your content (excluding payment information) may be transmitted unencrypted and may involve:

• transmissions over various networks; and
  (b) modifications to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
  However, your payment details are always encrypted during transmission over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, the use of the Services, or access to the Services, or any contact on the Website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from us. Additional conditions include:

1. Right to Discontinue Products and Services

   • If a product or service that you have purchased is discontinued, Otek will continue to provide support within the warranty period as specified in the product’s warranty policy.
