Mr. Prashant Bora, an ICT graduate with over 15 years of experience in telecommunications and consumer electronics, is a distinguished entrepreneur and visionary leader. As the Founder and Managing Director of Bora Multicorp and MD & CEO of OTEK, he has established his leadership in multiple sectors, pioneering innovative strategies and fostering global business expansion. His expertise has positioned Bora Multicorp as India’s largest merchant exporter of smartphones, with operations spanning Dubai, China, and Nigeria.

With over 29 years of experience across domestic and international organizations, Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh is a cornerstone of OTEK’s growth and strategic expansion. As the Vice President – Business Development, his extensive expertise spans operations, sales, supply chain management, market expansion, and innovation. Mr. Singh’s career began at Swan Nest Business Technologies Ltd in 1995 and evolved through significant roles at Reliance, Salora International, Ingram Micro, Brightstar Telecom, and Meridian Mobile, among others.
